MEET PATTI

I am a firefighter's wife and mother of three amazing kids. After suffering from postpartum anxiety after the birth of my first daughter, I knew there had to be a better way to support my body and mind through my postpartum transition.  I found placenta encapsulation. The experience and difference from my first postpartum experience to my second was profound.  I decided to pursue my passion into birth work starting with the postpartum experience. In many ways, so much attention and energy is placed on the baby before, during, and after birth, that often mothers are left without proper support. I truly believe that Mothering the Mother is crucial in a woman's recovery. Placenta encapsulation is one aspect of that support. I truly believe this service should be available for every mother, whether its her first birth, or her fourth. I am happy to share my personal experience, as well as my trained knowledge about placenta encapsulation with you and answer any questions you may have.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

  • I was proudly trained through APPA (Association of Placenta Preparation Arts).

  • I hold current certification in OSHA Compliant BloodBorne Pathogens training and food safety training.

I take pride in sanitation, proper storage protocol, and taking precautions for your safety and my own.  I also believe that a mother will get the most benefit from her placenta within the first few days of birth. I recommend all processing begin within 24 hours of birth so that the mother can begin receiving the benefits within 72 hours of birth.

Safe. Fast. Professional
